I studied Jungian practice in depth at Masters level for five years and have further developed my understanding and practice with regular advanced study. In my professional development as a psychotherapist I have had several years of therapy myself. I work with an experienced supervisor as part of my professional responsibility.

I belong to a group of UKCP Accredited therapists who meet regularly to expand and challenge our understanding and practice, and I maintain membership of my training organisation, the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE). I am an Accredited Member of the UKCP which is the governing body for my training and I abide by their Code of Ethics.

Qualifications :-

• Post Graduate Diploma Counselling and Psychotherapy (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
• MA Ethics University of Birmingham
• MA Creative Writing Manchester Metropolitan University
• Continuing Professional Development - a minimum of 50 hours every year; four weekends of group activity; attendance at courses; private study.
